John Pidgeon

Property investing is an endurance race

“If you think you know it all, you have closed your ears on life. All you need are two ears to be able to learn, improve and grow.” John Pidgeon.

When he isn't training for Ironman competitions or hanging with his family, John Pidgeon is the co-host of the This is Property podcast. He’s a 20-year property investor and property coach working with clients nationally to achieve their property investing goals.

John has a Bachelor of Education and a Diploma of Financial Planning under his belt, and he’s a qualified Mortgage Broker and Buyers Agent.  He helps clients and businesses every day to understand their finances and the art of complex property deals in great depth.

Emily Wallace

 The first home buyer’s champion

“I cannot tell you how many times I have seen people, especially first home buyer couples, make decisions in the auction itself. Set a limit and stick to it people!” Emily Wallace.

Melbourne based Buyer's Advocate,  and a specialist in first and family home purchases, Emily is an expert in levelling the playing field for buyers. From sourcing, inspecting, shortlisting, negotiating and bidding at auction, she’s done it (and she can tell you all about it!).

She began working in the property sector after seeing a huge gap for buyers’ advocates when starting her own property portfolio at the age of 25.

Her hottest auction advice is simple but evergreen: Don’t go into an auction arena without setting a limit prior.
